CONSTRUCTION
While eligible to compete in Classic Yacht Regattas, Lady Francesca is truly a modern,
comfortable cruising vessel. Built of four diagonal layers of mahogany using WEST Epoxy
System, the yacht has massive laminated frames and beams. Solid Mahogany paneling is

ACCOMMODATION
A fully cushioned cockpit lies aft. Forward of the cockpit is the Bridge-Deck house with an
enclosed steering position, settee and navigational equipment. From the bridge steps lead
down to the main salon with beautiful mahogany wood paneling. An upholstered U-shaped
settee on the port side provides seating for 8. The dining area on the starboard side
features an antique inlaid table and chairs. Forward to the dining table is a wet-bar with a
sink and icemaker. The saloon has an audio stereo system interfaced with TV and DVD.
The cockpit and bridge also feature advanced stereo systems.
Forward of the main saloon lie two double guest cabins, one to port and one to starboard.
Each cabin features upper and lower berths, each with hanging lockers and storage space.
These two cabins share a large bathroom with basin and shower.
Aft of the main saloon is the galley with two refrigerators, two freezers, gas stove, convection
oven, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to the galley is a guest cabin with double berth
and private bathroom.
Further aft is the spacious Master cabin with settee, queen size berth and dressing table.
There is a large en-suite bathroom with shower and basin.
Further aft with separate access is the crew cabin with upper and lower single berths and a
private bathroom and washing machine.
All of the cabins feature varnished teak floors, individual thermostat controls (heating and
cooling), fans, hatches and AM/FM stereo CD Players. All of the bathrooms are finished in
ceramic tiles with brass fittings and feature electric toilets.
The interior features a new central air-conditioning unit and there is also a supplemental
battery run air conditioner in the master cabin.
